Would definitely recommend Neil. We had a valuation survey on our property by the buyer's mortgage lender which just said signs of damp with no indication of what/where. Neil came out and did a thorough inspection and identified some areas of work but nothing as bad as what we thought. Neil's report was very thorough and easy to understand and I'm so glad I contacted him as the buyer wanted a damp proofing company to take a look which no doubt would have resulted in them telling us we had more work than is actually needed
